New members require two Referees to support their application. Both Referees MUST sign (and date) the form where indicated.
All members are to fully complete both pages of the membership form with all signature/s.
Please include your email address. For renewals, please ensure that all your details are current and correct.

Club members whose dog earns an ANKC title may be eligible to receive a Club Trophy at our presentation held in April each year.

Club members may submit an application for consideration for a Trophy of Excellence to be awarded to their dog.
