I would like to go on record about my thoughts on showing. We do not breed for ribbons and accolades. Rankings do not rule us.
We PRESENT what we BREED and BELIEVE IN.
A correct dog, well presented and in condition, will win. Good judges, judging good dogs, will find and reward good dogs.
I know we will be defeated by politics, agendas, and inferior animals. That is part of the showing game, but I have a higher purpose. I am a preservation breeder and my goal is to bring my vision of correct, functional, and aesthetically pleasing within the parameters of my breed standard.
We are both humbled by, and proud of our achievements. I know keenly, the blood, sweat, and tears involved in both successes and failures. Our family of dogs are my passion and joy. Longevity and continuity - preservation breeding.
