Welcome to Ubiqque Kennels.

My love of German Shepherds started many years ago when I was able to get my first GSD from Ian and Maureen Cameron of San Rancho Kennels when they were in Paynesville, just a few blocks from my home. I had a lovely strong male who I loved dearly, he was from a New Zealand bitch who was imported when the embargo was lifted in the late 1970's. This started my passion with the breed. Along the way I was lucky to be given an ex service dog who became a bonded family member. She was the best house dog and child minder and snuggle buddy for my children.

My first "show dog" was a Sterbach bitch and she had a great personality and loved to get out and about, she only had a very short career and went over Rainbow bridge at 3 years of age.  Broke my heart and I agonised for many months before I found another girl to become part of our family.

My kennel foundation bitch is Kuirau Aurora, (Tessie) and I thank Paul, Daphne and Jamie Murray for parting with her.  She has a great attitude to life and has been shown in both the Speciality and All breeds ring. She has acheived 5 Excellent gradings in Open from a very sparing show career in Victoria, South Australia and at National level. It was lovely to see a Junior Handler - Alex Scott from Queensland -  win the Junior Handlers Competation at the 2015 GSD National handling Tessie.

She has now been retired from the Speciality show ring and will from time to time be shown in the local All breed shows in the Neuter Classes. Tessie has also acheived her Endurance title.

I have a lovely male Ch Ambala Arragon Prince (Zorro or Zeddy) and he has done very well in both the Speciality and All breeds rings in Victoria, New South Wales and at National level. He has also done very well in the All Breeds ring and has gained his Australian Title. I look forward to his future show career.  He has also now been through the German Shepherd Dog Club Breed Survey Scheme and is now Class One. He has also been DNA profiled and does not carry the gene profile for DM, he also clear by testing of other heriditary diseases. As a sire he has the potential to produce Long Coats if the bitch carries the long coat gene also.

In early 2017 I have introduced my first Swedish Vallhund to the family and he is a lovely boy from New Zealand thanks to his breeder Andy Lawrie, Spud has fitted in well with the GSD's and I am sure he thinks he is one of them just alot shorter.  Since the first Vallhund arrived we have now welcome a female (Cleo) from Peta at Barahwolfe, she is a cheeky and happy little girl and is enjoying life in Australia.  In early December 2017, we have welcomed two more from  Andy at Osuno has sent these over for us to show. Since then we have added Tully from Queensland and Nitro from New Zealand.
